Rex was extremely responsive, getting back to us and scheduling an appointment to evaluate the existing setup and equipment. Within 48 hours, we had a proposal in hand that Rex felt would provide us with the level of Internet capability we’d need to provide uninterrupted video conferencing for all of us who were working from home. - Pricing and honesty. Premiere makes recommendations on products as if they were spending their own money. I have had other vendors bid out jobs, and not until I switched to Premiere did I begin to trust that I was getting honest recommendations based on my actual needs and budget, and not on what the AV vendor wanted to sell me.
- Outstanding service. This is where Premiere really shines. Whenever I have an issue with my home automation or AV system, Premiere responds immediately and is able to “remote” into my system to fix most issues. The response time is exceptional. And if any remedy is needed, the time to implement is exceptional. I can’t think of one instance when I’ve been without service for more than an hour.

The end result for me and my family is not only the execution of a home theater outfitted with a hidden/retractable screen and top-of-the-line projector, but surround speakers and programmable shades. With the technology of Control4, Rex and his team were able to scale the project to convert the house into a smart home, allowing everything from the ability to open doors, turn off lights, and adjust thermostats with a smart device. Rex is warm, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I plan to keep the projects coming, both from clients and as I build what will be the headquarters for my company — the first multiuse warehouse in North America that will not only be state-of-the-art, but certified passive, carbon neutral, and net zero.
